Welcome to creative studio ava, a place dedicated to yoga, creative expression, wellbeing, art and design.

AVA is a representation of creative energy. she lives in each and everyone of us. she is the intrinsic pull towards our purest and most authentic expression, towards movement and creativity. Towards nature and all that represents balance. She is the invitation to live life with intention and meaning, to turn life into a living piece of art.

I invite you as a witness of AVA’s unfolding. I will share and help you understand where AVA is waiting to show up in your life and perhaps already whispering through the things you have wanted to create for a while. She’s excited to meet you in the joy of your creativity and authentic expression!
